Vodafone Idea, team up to make Vi, and become the fastest 4G networks provider in India in Q3 of 2020 are concerned. As per the Ookla report, the company offered a 13.75Mbps download speed and 6.20Mbps upload speed to its users in India. Which also the highest 4G speed provider in the third quarter of 2020. The second spot occupied by Bharti Airtel and the third spot occupied by Reliance Jio. On the other hand, Airtel offered 13.57Mbps download,s, and 4.15Mbps upload speed, Jio offered 9.71Mbps download speed, and 3.14Mbps of upload speed respectively.
The report also said that GIGAnet from the company has been verified as the fastest 4G network, with its download and upload speeds in some of the top states like Delhi, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Rajasthan, Assam, Jharkhand, and other states of North East. It also topped the speed charts in 120+ cities of Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, Agra, Rajkot, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kochi, and other metros cities.
It very interesting that Vodafone Idea offered the fastest 4G network in India, but as always Reliance Jio took the crown for offering the highest 4G network in India. Jio had the highest 4G networks among top providers in India at 99.7% during Q3 of 2020. Airtel followed Jio closely with a 4G network in 98.7% of tested locations during the same period. Vi has occupied the third position at 91.1% during Q3 of 2020.
Hyderabad recorded the highest mobile network speed in India with an average upload speed of 4.43Mbps. In comparison, Mumbai marks the average download speed of 13.55Mbps and 3.75Mbps upload speed and Visakhapatnam occupies third place in the fastest download speed of 13.40Mbps and 5.16Mbps upload speed. Delhi occupies six places in the fastest download speed.
