State attorneys general investigating Alphabet Inc.’s Google may seek a break-up of its digital ads operation if they sue the internet giant over antitrust violations, according to people familiar with the probe. A break-up, which can only imposed by a court is one of them options the state are considering as part of a lawsuit against Google.
The state are collecting evidence for their case, which was opened last year and yet are not in final stages. The four people familiar said that the discussion who asked not to be identified discussing a law-enforcement matter. Decisions on remedies generally are not made until much later in the process and a lawsuit is field.
While break-up proposal have faced uphill battles in court, the attorneys general want to take strong action the Google search engine and concerned the billions of fines levied by European Union have failed to stop what they see as anti competitive conduct. Another people said that Google rivals working with the state enforcers have largely spoken under formal demands, Which means that statement can be introduced as evidence at trial.

Download Chrome.” Although Google doing same Like Microsoft, it’s free to show anything on its browser. Chrome become the leader in browser market with almost 70% share, this seem quite needy from the search giant.
