Paytm is back on Google Play Store after, in a few hours when Google removed the app due to violating the store policies.
It’s been a very hard or bad day for Paytm. After being removed from Google Play Store, but it’s found its way back again in just a few hours. Yesterday, Google removed the Paytm or PaytmFirst Game app from Plat Store due to violating the store policies.
While Google did not explain why they had pulled the app off, the blog published by the company gave a reason behind it.
Why Google pulled off Paytm form Play Store?
Paytm was taken down by Google due to allegations that it was offering fantasy gaming features, something that is banned on Play Store, basically Google did not allow any app those who offer real money for playing. In the U.S it is a law where people did not allow to spend their money illegally in a fantasy app. But in India, their no strict law for fantasy apps, and people spend their money on games called ‘Gambling’.

Google says “We don’t allow online casinos or gambling apps that facilitate sports betting. This includes if an app leads consumers to an external website that allows them to participate in paid tournaments to win real money or cash prizes, it is a violation of our policies.”
FIFS stated that they had observed that Google has been using its policies, rules, and regulations selectively allowing a few large companies (like – Paytm or PaytmFirst Games) winning real cash by allowing them to list and promote cash contests with messages including ‘Big Money Winnings’, ‘Win Paytm Cash Daily’ to distribute and list their respective real money Gaming Apps on Play Store, without any action, hindrance by Google/Play Store and supporting this unfair trade practices.

In few hours Patym will be back on Play Store but PatymFirst Games is not available in Play Store, and have no idea about the come back of app.
